Formally I’m Hayley Ray, I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition health coach (IIN INHC), life coach and a specialist in all things endometriosis.

I had a rather complicated relationship with endometriosis and PCOS over the years. Although there’s no cure, eliminating all wheat, dairy, sugar, additives and processed foods, has helped me eliminate & control my symptoms. In September 2016, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer cells, and underwent treatment. Through my health battles, I became interested in the healing power of food.

I care deeply about the experiences you’ve endured and through my own health struggles, inner wisdom and extensive training, I’m helping to empower the next generation of women live with more balance, confidence, and purpose. My experience is varied, I work with a variety of women who suffer from chronic conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and women on a global scale who are simply looking to live a healthy lifestyle, focusing on digestion, sleep and stress management in addition to holistic and nutritional health.

I'm sharing my journey with hundreds of others to turn something that once had such a negative impact on my life, into a positive one.

Informally my zodiac sign is Capricorn, my moon sign is Pisces, and my rising sign is Sagittarius. I love nourishing my soul with matcha lattes, hip hop playlists, anything wellness related, pilates, creating delicious and nutritious recipes while listening to music or a podcast, and when ‘I’m out of office’ I’m most likely hiking up a mountain, travelling, swimming in the ocean or snowboarding down a mountain. Some of my most treasured moments would have to be watching the Rolling Stones at Glastonbury 13’ and Kate Bush with my parents and the most life changing moments for me are overcoming endometriosis, moving solo to New Zealand and surviving a mugging that almost killed me while travelling in Indonesia.
