Before I was diagnosed with endo in 2013, I wasn't living out my Eating for Endo philosophy. I drank, smoked, over indulged in confectionary and processed foods, and I didn’t take pride in looking after myself physically, mentally or emotionally. My sleeping pattern was all over the place and as a result I began to gain weight and my undiagnosed endo symptoms flared up. Little did I know that what I was putting into my body and the pressure it was under was causing my endo symptoms to worsen.
